Our Programs
Supporting children, young people, families, and communities through education, awareness, youth development, and community initiatives.
EMPOWERMENT THROUGH LEARNING
Education & Back-to-School Support
Through our Back-to-School initiative, FROH supports children and families with practical assistance related to education.
Our first support activity focused on helping selected children with school fees and encouraging families to continue valuing education.
As the initiative grows, we hope to continue supporting children and families according to available resources and community needs.
AWARENESS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We share knowledge. We build awareness. We grow together.
We use workshops, discussions, and youth activities to share useful information on topics that affect children, young people, families, and communities.
Health & Hygiene
Encouraging healthy habits, personal hygiene, and awareness of everyday well-being.
Child Protection & Personal Safety
Helping children and young people understand personal safety, boundaries, online safety, and when to seek help.
Leadership & Life Skills
Supporting young people through activities on confidence, communication, decision-making, responsibility, and leadership.
Community Initiatives
Working Together
FROH believes that meaningful community work begins by listening, participating, and working together.
Alongside our educational and youth activities, we aim to develop community initiatives that respond to identified needs and encourage people to become actively involved in supporting one another.
These may include awareness activities, educational initiatives, youth engagement, volunteer activities, family support, and collaborations with community organisations.
As FROH grows, this area of our work will continue to develop according to community needs and the resources available to us.
FROHK – FLORENCE RAYS OF HOPE KIDS
Children & Youth Development
FROHK is FROH's youth-focused program created to give children and young people a safe and engaging space to learn, reflect, communicate, and develop practical life skills.
Through interactive sessions, discussions, activities, presentations, and challenges, participants are encouraged to understand themselves better, communicate confidently, make responsible decisions, and develop skills that can support them in everyday life.
Topics include self-awareness, confidence, communication, personal safety, online safety, respect, bullying, family relationships, decision-making, self-discipline, and leadership.
