Our Projects

Turning ideas into practical action

Florence Rays of Hope (FROH) develops projects that respond to the needs of children, young people, families and communities.

As a growing organisation, we are building our work step by step. Each project gives us an opportunity to learn, strengthen our approach and develop initiatives that respond to real needs.

Parents’ Workshop – Santa

Supporting Parents, Strengthening Families

Children’s development does not happen only at school. Parents and caregivers play a key role.

The Parents’ Workshop brings parents together to learn, share experiences and discuss practical ways of supporting their children.

Topics We Explore

• The role of parents in education
• Supporting homework and learning
• Communication with children
• Communication with teachers
• Hygiene and health
• Emotional support
• Encouraging positive behaviour
• Understanding children’s needs
• Creating supportive home environments

Learning Together

Parents participate, ask questions, share experiences and discuss the challenges they face.

These conversations help FROH understand community needs and plan future activities that make a real difference.

Moving Forward

Future workshops will address different topics based on the needs expressed by parents and communities, strengthening cooperation between children, parents, schools and communities.

Our Projects Are Growing

Florence Rays of Hope is still growing, and so is our work. These projects represent some of the first steps in our journey.

As we gain experience, build partnerships and understand community needs more deeply, we hope to develop additional educational, youth and community initiatives.

Every contribution, big or small, can help us continue building meaningful initiatives.
